We crossed the River Severn over an elegant suspension bridge, and suddenly found ourselves in another country. All the signs were first in Welsh, second, in English. It's confusing at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's fine. We reached our very fine, 2 starred hotel called Fairy Hill. No joke. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and once settled into our comfortable room, we went down to Oxwich Beach, dramatically misty and windy.
Next day, we before Arthur's Stone and Three Cliffs Bay before driving an hour to our next hotel in Pembrokeshire, in a tiny village called St. Florence.
